  • By entering this site, you are swearing under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content to minors.

Except for your chats, prompts, messages, and other content you submit or create through the Service, all content on the Service, including logos, website design, software, and company-provided text and media, is the property of STORYREVE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain any intellectual property rights you have in your chats, prompts, messages, and other content you submit or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant STORYREVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law. We will not use your chats, prompts, messages, or other user-created content for public-facing commercial purposes, such as advertising, marketing, promotional materials, resale, or publication, without your separate consent. We also will not use your chat logs to train machine learning models unless you separately consent.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use company-provided Service content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display company-provided Service content without our express prior written permission. This does not restrict your ability to use your own chats, prompts, messages, or other user-created content for commercial purposes. You are strictly forbidden from representing our AI-generated content as depicting real individuals or events.

1.4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or its users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to scrape, download, or data-mine the content in bulk.
  • Using company-provided Service content for any commercial purpose. This does not restrict your ability to use your own chats, prompts, messages, or other user-created content for commercial purposes.
  • Misrepresenting the AI-generated content as authentic photographs or real people. This includes use in scams, fraudulent profiles, or "deepfake" media.
  • Interfering with the security or functionality of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of its content. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STORYREVE, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any content obtained from the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
